MY professional training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Brainspotting (BSP), and Trauma Systems Therapy (TST). I am also trained in the Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP) designed to help couples develop proper communication, and positive conflict resolution skills. My training in the Gottman Method of couples therapy focuses on resolving relationship conflicts to promote positive connection and relational harmony.
